Objectives of the Association

The Association is generally designed to take care of military retirees who have already been referred to pension, and the families of the martyrs who were members of the ministries of Defence and Interior and State Security Authority. It seeks to achieve the following objectives:

• Promoting the members’ spirit of national loyalty and allegiance and the spirit of responsibility, raising up the members’ social awareness, and encouraging them to continue to contribute to their homeland and society each one according to their capabilities and specialization.
• Taking care of the affairs of the families of retired military personnel and the families of martyrs and the deceased ones.
• Maintaining the interests of the retired military personnel and carrying out the activities that benefit them.
• Consolidating familiarity between the retired personnel and the other social segments and promoting the State’s humanitarian and civilizational objectives in various areas of care.
• Assisting and helping the members and raising their moral and social status and their cultural and economic level.
• Qualifying the members to acquire professional and management skills and to afford job opportunities for them in the public and private sectors.
• Enhancing the living standards of the members who are entitled of financial and in-kind support and selected by the Board of Directors.
• Practicing and managing investment and production activities, and setting up various projects that achieve revenues to the Association and afford job opportunities for its members.
• Participating in the voluntary efforts in emergencies and natural disasters.
• Cooperating with the Arab and International organizations that work in the same areas after acquiring prior licenses from the competent authorities.
